摘 要 | 新孢子虫病是导致母畜流产的一种全球性原虫病。目前仍没有效的防控措施和疫苗，查出阳性病例后“淘汰患畜”成为控制该病的唯一途径，国内目前尚无价廉实用的“ELISA kit”上市。加之，在我区每年20%的妊娠母畜发生不明原因地流产，且对新孢子虫病的调查报告甚少。本项研究在前期研制的“rELISA试剂盒”（国家专利产品）的基础上，着重研究其技术推广应用，即：组装试剂盒约100-200份，大范围临床使用，拟采集库尔勒周边地区疑似流产病例样品约1000-2000头份，与协作单位一起进行检测、监控地方母畜流产病因-新孢子虫病，同时进行鉴别诊断，与国外的“商品试剂盒”进行对比并统计符合率。完善该试剂盒的性能，向替代进口试剂盒跨步的同时，查清该病在库尔勒市周边地区的感染率、感染强度、流行特点等，从而将被“忽视”转变成被“重视”，使农户和地方技术人员认识到新孢子虫导致母畜流产的根源，以正确估计所造成的危害程度，提出适合本地区的最佳防治办法（撰写报告1份和科研论文3-6篇）等，实现该病的检疫和监控、减少或抑制该病的发病率，促进地方畜牧业的健康发展。 | ||
Abstract | Neosporiasis is causing a global protozoa disease female abortion. There is still no effective prevention and control measures and vaccine, detect positive cases “out patient” as the only way to control the disease, at present still priceless low-cast practical “ELISA kit” listed. In addition, unexplained abortion occurred in gravid zone 20% every year, and the Neosporiasis echinococcosis little investigation report .The rELISA kit for the study in the early development of the basis(national patent products), focused on the research of the technology application, assembly kit of about 100~200, the use of the clinical range, quasi collection korla surrounding areas suspected abortion sample of about 1000~2000 detection, monitoring of local female abortion together with the cooperative unit neosporosis, at the same time,differential diagnosis,and foreign “commercial kit” comparison and statistical coincidence rate. To improve the performance of the kit, to replace imported kit step at the same time, to find the disease in the surrounding areas of Korla, the infection rate, infection intensity, popular features,which will be “ignored” into “attention” is, enable farmers and local technical personnel to recognize the neosporosis that lead to the female abortion the degree of harm,to correctly estimate, put forward the best prevention measures suitable suitable for local area(paper 3-6,report 1) ,realize the disease quarantine and monitoring, reduce or inhibit the incidence of the disease,and promote the healthy development of the local animal husbandry. | ||
